Install Like A Patriot

Download and unzip the v4 Freedom Pack.
Open chrome://extensions in Chrome.
Turn on Developer mode.
Remove any old FFL / JA Click-to-Call extension.
Click Load unpacked.
Select the unzipped folder that contains manifest.json.
Pin it. Refresh your working tabs. Start clicking numbers.
